Shipping
Yay! We can't wait for you to receive your items! We would hand deliver them to you if we could. We try our hardest to process and ship out orders within 1-3 business days. Actual shipping times can range from 2-15 business days to get to your doorstep, depending on shipping times and your location. A small selection of our goods are handmade to order and might take longer but we will let you know if this is the case. Please contact us directly if you require a faster shipping option.
International Shipping
We, unfortunately, do not offer international shipping at this time.

Sales Tax
We are required to charge a percentage for sales tax on all orders shipping to the state of Georgia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Kitsch & Color. If this isn't the case, please email us at hello@kitschandcolor.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Returned items must be delivered in unused condition with original packaging within 14 days of merchandise arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of purchase receipt, insured for the full price and returned within 14 days of order delivery date. Returns must be approved by Kitsch & Color via email prior to returning. Kitsch & Color is not responsible for lost returns. We currently do not offer exchanges.
We pack every item with care to prevent breaking. But if breakage does occur, please photograph damage and retain all broken pieces. Please contact us within 3 business days in order to be eligible for a possible refund.
Due to the nature of the product the following products are non-returnable:
- Photography Prints
- Wall Art
- Any Vintage Item
Kitsch & Color is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not picked up, packages lost during transit if provided shipping/delivery address information is incorrect.
Refund Process
Once returned you will receive a refund, if eligible, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been used or are not in original condition.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, minus the cost of shipping. Please allow one week for processing a return once the merchandise is delivered back to Kitsch & Color.
